1. Acceptance of Agreement

3. Booking, Payment, and Refunds

（4）Cancellations:

（2）Users may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from any Company content without prior written consent.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

（3）The Company may use anonymized data for research, marketing, or service improvement purposes.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

（2）Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Hong Kong under the rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).

（3）Users retain the right to seek emergency relief in courts as necessary.
